Awful experience. The entire process was ridiculous, 2-3 rounds of competency interviews, then was asked to complete an assignment that took hours of my own time. Was rejected on the assignment, when I asked for feedback, I was given a response that was clearly written by someone who has no understanding of sales. The response was written in a scathing and sarcastic tone. I was told I didn't describe my sales processes well enough, but if the person interviewing actually understood different sales methodologies, they wouldn't have offered that feedback as it was detailed in my presentation. Seems like everyone at copilot AI is drinking their own kool aid and has a superiority complex regarding their own intellectual abilities. Avoid this company, seems more like a cult than anything else.
