Entrevista
A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn informing me about the position. I had never had this happen before so it was a very exciting experience. They were very friendly and informative, and explained how they felt my experience fit the position and asked me to apply.
Once I applied I heard back from the recruiter and we had a fantastic conversation about the position, my experience, and the opportunities and benefits CoStar has to offer. After a great phone interview, I was asked to come into the office for a hands-on interview.
This was also a first for me, but it was an absolute blast. CoStar was very transparent when discussing HR information, providing as much detail as requested. I then had the opportunity to see what a day would be like in this position as I met with someone who is currently a Research Associate. I got a feel for the management system and even conducted a mock phone call, which was so much fun. Lastly, I met with one of the Research Managers to discuss my experience in depth, as well as discuss my goals and growth opportunities. After the interview, I heard back from the recruiter, within four days, they were interested in my feedback on the interview but most importantly they wanted to ensure this position was a great fit for me and my goals (it is!), I really appreciated the assistance and care the recruiter provided to me. CoStar made the hiring process fun rather than nerve-wracking!

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

Entrevista
The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
