One round of virtual interview with hiring manager and then invited onsite for almost half a day interview. Total wastage of time. No communication from the recruiter on the feedback. They ghosted after I spent half a day at their Onsite. Throughout the interview they kept reminding about how they are good at taking care of their employee. If they are not courteous enough to let the candidate know the feedback after the candidate giving so much time ,it tells you a lot how they take care of their employee
