Entrevista
Initial phone interview followed by two in person interviews. At first I was scheduled for the wrong department and interviewed anyway to see if I had interest in their new multifamily department. I politely declined stating my interest in other parts of commercial real estate, specifically portfolio research. Three days later I was brought in for an interview with a manager of a team and a regional director. The next week I received a call and job offer.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

Entrevista
The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
