Standard questions, but at the end of the interview process, the talent coordinator informed me that they required an in-person interview, and they wouldn't cover any travel expenses. Clearly they're looking to hire people with significant external sources of income.

Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
Talked about the role for 30 minutes on a teams meeting, and asked if I had any questions after. First "interview" really isn't an interview at all, it's more informational so I wonder what the criteria is to move forward, probably the questions you ask.

A not too formal, 30-minute Teams call; alternated between asking me questions about myself and how I fit into the role and the industry, and explaining the role to me.
