I was referred by a friend and filled up an application form. I got a phone interview first (just answer a few questions as I don't have any retail experience before) and a group interview. I think the processing time is about one week or less. Be prepared! Some questions are hard to answer. Overall, the interview atmosphere is quite comfortable and relaxing. The recruiter is kind and friendly.

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
