There is a three interview schedule. During this time you will have brief interview interactions with DM, GM, and department managers. Be prepared to answers all questions. This was an average interview with very experienced managers.

The interview process was pretty standard for a management position. Started the first interview with the store manager then a time was setup with the district manager which was almost the same interview. Focus on sales driving, kpi understanding and of course top notch customer service.
