After every answer that I replied, the store manager make a conclusion in two to three words in a not polite way. Basic questions were ask: Tell me about yourself? How do you deal with associates conflicts? Any experiences you have with an associate doesn't agree with your feedback?

Extremely friendly and conversational interviews. Interviews went well and was told I’d hear back within a week but was ghosted unfortunately. No response to follow up communication. Make sure you know the company history and offerings.

I got a long list of questions, which are all routine questions like "what is your strength","give 3 words best describe yourself". no result for the interview, which is bad, at least you should give me a result.
