Applied online, got a call from a recruiter the next day. They asked me some questions about my previous experience & then set-up a second interview with the district manager. Went to meet them at the office and talked about my experience in more detail.

Very non-formal and easy. Took several weeks to interview after I spoke with the recruiter. Also, took a mandatory employment drug test and when the results came back, I was re interviewed by the district manager.
