Lousy communication from start to finish. The recruiter who reached out rescheduled on me twice. During our call they were late and explicitly told me they'd give me feedback that next Monday, which never happened. I followed up with them on Thursday of that next week to no response. I followed up with them again on the Monday after that and only then did the recruiter send me some lazy form letter as a rejection that gave me no feedback whatsoever. Definitely showed me a lack of professionalism and seriousness on their part. They wasted my time and gave me a very negative impression of the company.

A video interview was scheduled quickly, and the company was able to accommodate my reschedule request without judgement. Both of the interviewers were on-time, efficiently shared information, and ask me appropriate questions about my experience.
