The initial interview is over the phone and then a skype interview. The interview will start with an introduction of those interviewing HR and /or lead Property Manager and possibly the Vice President of the specific Region.

After interview I was told there would be a position but it took 3 months to hear back. I called every week for 3 months and finally got a property.
