I opted for in-person, but I wish I didn't. Lots of questions about knowledge of coastal problems. Interviewed for the position but am unsure if they were interviewing me for the research or feasibility team. Don't think I did so well because I think they were looking for engineers and LSU grads, despite my graduate research being funded by the organization. Probably was an average interview but was my first ever.

overall nice interview. Was a panel style with list of questions by each. simple tasked questions with an answer to view standpoints. good dialogue about position needs and future needs overall.
