Phone interview with a panel of three people. Interviewers went straight into long list of questions many of which were very specific to coastal restoration issues in Louisiana. Interview process was very awkward as interviewers gave no feedback to responses and provided very little explanation of job duties. Interviewers also asked many multi-part questions which were hard to keep track of over the phone.

Typical state online application submitted then was followed by phone call to set up in person interview at the new CPRA building about three to four weeks after application was sent in.
