Rudeness. Pretty sure they brought me in just to insult me. Or, at least that's how the CFO acted. Or they are horrible interviewers and feel the point is to grill potential employees and try to catch them in a "gotcha" moment. I feel sorry for whoever ends up in that position because you will have to deal with the CFO on the regular and he is a bully. Extremely toxic energy.

It was via Teams, but it was so nice to have more than one person on the call (there were 4, not including me). Everyone was extremely lighthearted, and seemed to really enjoy the company. I asked what their team morale was like, and they said they were super lucky to have such a great team. I am so excited to work here!

Something That was nice and unexpected, they asked about my volunteer hours I worked. It is a topic that has a special place in my heart, and no one has ever inquired about that before. It was nice to see an employer care about the individual.

Interviewed with Coates Field Service Representative phone, video interview and with client. All meetings were scheduled, one on one with Coates Field Service Representative and 1 interview with the client. Post interview Coates Field Service ghosted me. No follow up phone call, no courtesy email. This has never happened to me; and as a highly recognized agency. I can only surmise that this is an individuals short comings and not the organization as a whole. As for myself, I would warn others to be careful working for any organization that would treat prospective candidates in such a manner. Definitely a 2020 type of mentality.
