As arrogant as they are clueless. Asked irrelevant "gotcha" questions that had no bearing on the job. Snobby, stuck up attitude. They are not looking for talent, they are looking for people who match their inside-the-box thinking. Also one of the only places you'll find in silicon valley where the programmers have to wear tucked-in dress shirts.
Being friendly I asked someone "Does anyone working here have kids?" Actual response: "Does it matter?"
If they didn't pay 3x normal engineer pay, they would have no applicants.
