Was sat in a room where I was told to wait. Was called into an office roughly 10 minutes later and given a brief description of the role and what it's about.. wasn't really asked many questions... just told that it's a manual lifting job and that if all the work was done we could go early.

Apply online on any of the adverts that are advertised. You are invited for interview or an open day when you can just turn up. The interview is straightforward. They ask you about your history and your driving licence. You need to have 5 years of references and a DBS because the job is airside.
