Two stages - first one behaviour second more technical. I had the first interview with to of the employees and they were super friendly and open. They asked me questions about my previous experience and my background. They asked questions related to customer service, difficult situations at work, how I handle pressure at work and what I am looking for career wise. If I was more interested in money or security. We live in challenging times so that question makes sense.
