Met with the recruiter who felt I was a good fit and would touch base with the hiring manager. Hiring manager agreed to meet, but during interview only asked a few questions about my background and then opened it up for questions. Showed zero interest from the very start as they had someone else in mind for the role.
The interview process was impressively high signal. I really liked how every round had a specific mission, whether it was digging into my technical depth or seeing how I’d actually handle a high pressure environment. It was clear the team wanted to see how I’d mesh with the culture and if I could hold my own in a room full of great minds. I love the idea that everyone brings a unique ability to the table to do big things together. I’m fired up to join the team and can't wait to help us stay ahead of an ever changing threat landscape.
