I would strongly advise candidates to think twice before applying to this company’s graduate program.
The recruitment process is unnecessarily long, confusing, and inconsistent:
It starts with an online application and psychometric test, followed by multiple interview rounds (HR screen, technical interviews, trader interviews, etc.).
Then they require you to write essays, do data analysis, and even produce research-style reports that take a lot of time and effort.
Despite clearly stating in the job description that no prior domain knowledge is required, they later send limited study materials and then test you on topics that are not covered in those materials at all.
Instead of assessing core skills, the process feels more like an endless filtering game, without clarity on what they are actually looking for.
The position itself is advertised as "graduate / junior level", but the expectations are closer to experienced professionals who already have deep knowledge of energy trading.
Overall, the process wastes weeks (or months) of applicants’ time, with very little feedback provided along the way. It feels like they themselves are unsure of what kind of candidates they want.
Bottom line: If you value your time, consider carefully before applying.
