Very confusing. Not like any other interview I had ever experienced before. It really seemed like they were testing my level of tolerance of working blindly and without actual direction. Just get it done regardless of your well-being or common sense.

Nice and straightforward, a phone call followed by an interview on teams lasting about 30 minutes. Very friendly interviewers, you get emails with links to all the information you need before the interview.

Entrevista
First, I had to send a pre-recorded video of myself answering a set of questions. I think they were standard "what do I know about the company", "why do i want to work for the company". You could record your answers as many times as you wanted. Then I had to interview through Teams with two interviewers where they asked similar questions.
