They care deeply about new members and existing members' chemistry so after the initial phone interview, they invited me to come in and they wanted to know my heart-what were my motivations, values, etc . After that, the second interview was with the whole team abd we had to try to solve a problem together.

There were more than 15 companies present and it was up to each candidate to sell their personal brand. Cocoon is a very good place to have a feel of what employers look for in a candidate, and also a very good place to grow your confidence for bigger interviews.
