Challenges in a meeting with the client to be resolved in 5 minutes. Great pressure, I felt very oppressed in the recruitment process as a whole, especially 6 people in a meeting room for a technical interview.

The internal recruiter was really kind and also helpful. It was a nice experience to talk with her but i cant say the same for the Senior Tech hiring managers etc... The interview process is really broken and someone could say even malicious. It was required an assignment, an assignment where you had to write an advanced python script using boto3 library for to fetch some information about AWS EBS volumes. Although, it was an interesting project it was also a projected that required a lot time for to work perfectly. So, eventually after i completed the assignment on my own personal time spending almost 2-3 days on it and i made sure that this script was working flawlessly , the feedback was negative with the excuse that...i hadn't write documentation for it! They dared even to say that although the script was working well and i even did a part of the bonus task , that the cons outweighed the pros.. First time in my long experience i hear that doing work for an interview assignment you have as well to write in great detail a documentation as well. It felt like some guy in the tech department wanted his work done by an interviewer ...
