I applied online and got an e-mail back from HR. They had me complete a technical assessment within one week time frame. I did the technical assessment and heard back from them a few days later for an in person interview. Unfortunately, this was my first interview and I was not prepared for the generic HR questions. They told me if they called back we would have a peer programming session with one of the other developers. I did not get a call back for another interview, I got an e-mail rejection as was expected. Their HR manager is a very sweet lady, honestly could not have asked for a kinder person. Also the environment itself seemed very open and definitely had a very sweet vibe to it.
