Spoke with the former VP of product and VP of Marketing/Sales over the phone and the VP of Operations in person. Interview was pretty straight forward. Not many questions.

Initial phone interview followed by an invitation to come into the office for an onsite interview with the team. High interest level from the hiring manager. Then got ghosted, then finally the decided to "go in a different direction" . Everything took about 3 weeks.
