Fairly easy process. The interviewer had the answers to his questions in a document in front of him and was reading the answers to see if they matched with mine. Talking about skills? This guy was a top reader. They have grown enough and think they control the job market like a mafia. If you don't get the pass no job. But of course this is not the case.
