Entrevista
The first was a phone screening with someone asking my interest in coding, my sales/admissions experience, and why I want to work at coder camps. The second was an in person interivew with the same person where I received a lot of background about the company and was given an overview of the role. It was made abundantly clear that it was a 50+ hours/ week sales job making a ton of phone calls. The third interview was with the Director of Admissions where I was asked to explain my sales technique, and was again given an overview of the role to make sure I was prepared. It was all very intense, but they were straightforward and friendly.

it was fast and transparent with what the company expects from you. Be ready to sell yourself because that is what the job entails. You will interview with the DOA, if liked then you will meet with 2 other staff members.
