I had given interview with Coffeebeans this month there were 3 rounds 1st Round - Screening call and quiz round on a platform call Flexiquiz which had basic React, JS , HTML and CSS questions. 2nd Round - Coding round where they ask to share screen and ask to solve couple of coding problems, I completed one of the problem quickly and in the second one I got stuck but was eventually completed it just in time. 3rd Round - This is most annoying round 2 interviewers started asking me questions around my projects, basic JS, React JS, HTML and CSS etc. which I answered most of them there were few advanced concepts which I did not answer or did not answer the way they wanted me to answer. Those advanced concepts were not something which I have worked upon but still I gave the right answers to most of them which I verified later on as well. After the 3rd round I was told I was rejected, it felt that one of the interviewers wanted to compare his knowledge and experience with me and then make the decision instead of focusing on the real objective of the interview. At the end of the day it was total waste of time and I wish them best of luck in quest to find exact clone of the interviewer in the 3rd round instead of finding the right candidate.
