Thank you for the feedback. We take interviews seriously and value the candidates time and effort during the interview process. Although we are continuously looking for ways to improve our processes, there are many factors that contribute to the length of the interview process. We take time to review each application carefully and get to know each candidate by following various steps such as screening, scheduling, interviewing, and discussion involving multiple people. We do this in the hopes to find the right candidate that will be a good fit and succeed in our company.
