There was inconsistent messaging and during final interview stage, being informed of a completely different role which was not even discussed with me to date. They could have had their internal discussions for the changes first, rescheduled the final interview after informing me of changes made to see if I was ok with that rather than me preparing for the role discussed to then find I'm being informed of a completely different role. Then when requesting more information, it was not in line with what was discussed at the final interview. Totally inconsistent, inconsiderate and unprofessional!
