There were multiple levels of interview. Round#1 - Technical over phone. Round#2 - Technical over Skype. Round#3 - Client interview Round#4 - Hiring manager Round#5 - HR interview After all this things completed you will get to notify about the result and then there will salary negotiation based on your interview feedback.

Got the call for Java Technical Architect & the recruiter told me that interview will be around Java but the interviewer was some Senior Architect from non Java background, so he was interested in Cloud Architecture & React. As on FE, he knows React. Took 30 mins to interview me & immediately got the rejection email. So, time waste & such happened 3rd time & I will never try for this company which also has very low salary budget.
