First of all, coforge does not care about candidate. They keep interviewing in bulk and do not update within weeks. Atlast if they don't get candidate then they call you for next round. I had same instance with them. My 3 rounds of interview took more than a month. I got email that you have cleared all the rounds and will start my offer process. Its almost a month now after this email no update bcoz they keep interviewing even after sending this email and if they get candidate with less salary then they won't bother to update you as well. Once its HR said to me it takes time in hiring process and what they can do if candidate give other interviews in between their selection process that is why they don't proceed easily with any candidate. Sorry to say this here, why would anyone stay for more than a month to get your updates. I won't stay for such type of companies. So keep away from this company if you don't want to take hiring stress. Anyway, I had 3 rounds here, all were neutral.
