It was a technical interview. Asked about current roles and experience, project structure, challenges etc. During the course of the interview I shows positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things. Given a situation, I shows flexibility by saying that I has no problem acquiring the skills and work on new field where my expertise does not lie. I tries to keep him aware of the fields even if had not got a chance to do that, as for example though I was not involved in Test Plan writing he is quite aware of the different section of the Test Plan.
