After they won the contract, they met with current employees, as a group, to let us know that they were the lowest bidder and our benefit changes were going to cost more than before. Then individually, there was no negotiation to the offer. They had miscalculated the project and gave everyone a 15-25% pay cut.

Entrevista
Was contacted by their recruiter by email. I confirmed interest and he and I then had a phone call. Was told that I was qualified for the position based on my master's degree. I agreed to their ridiculously low starting salary, negotiated up by $2000. Was told someone would contact me for next step. No contact after a couple days, so emailed first contact. Was called the following day, was told technical interviewer would contact me shortly. No contact after a couple days, emailed original contact again and was told that my master's degree in software development was no longer good enough and that they were requiring experience for their entry level developer position paying $35,000 annually. I told them good luck with that and that I was only willing to accept $37,000 because I just need a foot back into the job market after being out a little while from an injury and then COVID.
