Fairly simple interview process covering basic development and security questions with some coding based questions afterwards. Doesn't require much preparation if you have a I. T. background already. All questions were fairly generic interview questions

They shortlist the resume and call for the phone interview. The phone interview was taken by the tech personnel. After the phone interview, if passed the second phase interview was the HR interview.

Entrevista
Applied online, and the HR person emailed me to schedule a phone interview. A manager from the company called my cellphone on the scheduled day.
He asked some general questions and then some technical ones.
It soon became clear that he hadn't read my CV very well. He confused me with another candidate, and had barely any idea about my background. He also showed no interest in my answers to his questions. This left me with a bad feeling afterwards.
