The entire interview process was inefficient to say the least. I had applied for a Consulting Partner role. In my first conversation with the HR I was informed that my profile is better suited for a more technical role and to my surprise I was informed that the title was that of a specialist role.
My interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled twice. I understand in consulting, people operating at client location have multiple and concurrent priorities.
