Applied for WebSphere commerce developer post. First there was technical round. It consisted of basic questions from wcs. Then brief discussion about the work I did in previous company.
Next was a manager round. Asked some questions like what was your challenging requirement in last company type of questions.
Next was HR discussion over phone for salary negotiation.

Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
