I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant Technology Solutions.
There were 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview. You HAVE to follow up on them otherwise you won't hear back. It was a pretty lengthy process and quite frustrating. Overall the questions were very fair and necessary.

Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
