In cognizant my tenure was divided into two projects, first one with Union Bank of Switzerland where I was part of Global production services team responsible for maintaining the connectivity 24/7. My day-to-day activities included configuring the switches, setting up DNS servers, user management and reporting these to the highest level. Every day for 3 different time zones a separate draft was prepared which included the issues, resolution and root cause for these issues and circulated to different verticals of the organisation.
