I received an interview call for a position in CTS Kolkata through a consultancy. I was based in another location, so the first round was telephonic. Panel called me 20 minutes after the scheduled time and then tecnical discussion went on for about an hour.
Second round was scheduled in 2 days with the hiring manager and I had been told it would be an webex round. I did not get the webex link as well as CTS did not call me on the schedule time.Please note that I wasted a day on it. They did not even care to call and notify me about any reschedule. Next day I received a call at 8:30 from the HR with a lame excuse and a new schedule.Webex conversation with the hiring manager went good where in he wanted me to join
in 20 days of time. HR collected my salary details the next day and HR discussion happened in 2 days. HR offered me more than what I asked and promised to roll out the offer with in 5 days. It’s been a month since the HR discussion, HR is every time coming up with a farce excuse to my follow-ups. CTS practises unprofessionalism of highest order. I recommend that any candidate should not waste an iota of effort or time on this unethical organization.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
