First of all Aptitude Test was conducted. This was followed by interview discussion and then the list of selected candidates was displayed. The offer letter was given on the spot but the joining date was defered later. The joining was given 6 months after passing out of college. The whole process didnt take a lot of time and was finished in just one day.
