Entrevista
Technical round which will be around 15-20 mins followed by face to face HR round if technical is cleared. HR round had general questions like reason behind switch, educational details, skills , your strengths and negatives.

I did 3 rounds of interview, each of them technical, I managed to get to the client, the client were the only one who noticed that I wasn't a support engineer (I didn't apply to that position either, apparently somebody switched me in the middle of the process)

Entrevista
The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by a technical assessment to test my Java skills. After that, I had one or two rounds of technical interviews focusing on coding, problem-solving, and frameworks like Spring Boot. Finally, there was a managerial round to discuss project experience and team collaboration.

The interviewers are not that consistent, there is a good degree on personal biases based, not all the areas are covered.
