Entrevista
It was well organized with 2 rounds of Technical interview followed by a HR round. Questions were mostly based on experience and scenarios which one would normally see in day to day work. Having experience in the migration type project is a added advantage.

Gone through one round of interview process for cognizant.It was around 60minutes for ab initio developer role. The questions are basic regarding the components, database components and the project explaination you give.
