When they eventually do it, it goes well and am told by everyone including the hiring manager that they are proceeding to final interview. Good, both the interview rounds were easy, hr was very responsive. Entire process got completed in two weeks but later they said they prefer a early joiner and didn't proceed with the offer letter.
