1. College details form: There is a Google form (Link mentioned below) to be filled by the Career/Training & Placement Office (TPO), the purpose of this form is to understand the college academics related to specialisation along with placement and internship details so that we can plan our drive accordingly. 2. Company presentation / pre - placement talk: An overview of Forbes Marshall, our mission, values, and career opportunities by HR and a technical expert. This would be conducted in an online pool presentation drive. This is the first level of interaction with the students. Note: the online campus pre-placement talk will be conducted around Mid-September 2025. 3. Interested students registration form and date finalisation: Post the presentation, a google form link will be shared with the respective TPOs. The interested students would need to submit the requested details as per timelines. This will be followed by an online technical and aptitude test, in-person technical and HR interview. 4 Online aptitude test: After the pre-placement talk, we would be conducting an online aptitude/technical test via FirstNaukri with all the interested and shortlisted students. The date and time will be communicated over email to the TPOs. This test is usually conducted within a week from the presentation date. 5. On-Campus interviews: Shortlisted candidates from the aptitude test will then go through the technical and HR interview rounds. These are 1:1 interviews. Our aim is to conduct these interviews physically by visiting your campus.
