They asked me a small coding question where I was told to write out the logic of how to solve this question. I did so and then was asked why I chose Cognizant and why I should be hired, I gave answers as I was passionate about coding and would love to enhance my skills.

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
