Tell me about yourself , project specific question , selenium Question on java , explain about the framework and people management question , overall interview was good , didn't received any feed back after that
Easy process
it takes time to call for interview and they try to negotiate with lower level designation,please be aware of your current role before interview
This is very tricky as Salary is tagged to designation and unless you are a rare profile its very difficult !!

This was the worst set of recruiters that I have ever dealth with. they are very slow to get back to you and I have to repeated call and/or send emails. I was told that I wasn't a good match for an Automation QA Manager position. I wrote books on automation. They have no idea what they are talking about.
I met person who gave me my skilss interview at the Star East convention in Orlando and ask him where was my skills lacking in automation. He informed me that he gave his approval for hiring me. What gives? Another recruiter accused me of lying about my offer letter from my previous company because they sent it to me in a Word doc instead of a PDF.... Supposedly, Cognizant preferred method. They needed this to determine my salary.
Using a person's current salary to gauge the potenticial salary at Cognizant is the most stupid hiring method yet. Because of the economy i had to take a job at a lesser salary than normal for my level. the recruiters didn't want discuss this. "That's the way we do it..." They should have looked at my last three position or better yet, pay me for my billing potential.
I feel sorry for their clients. How many good people were turned away because of their HR practices that would have been helpful the their customers??? That's OK, I have a great position with TEKSystems. They know how to to take care of their employees...
