It’s done through a zoom interview. Just a casual one. They will give a situation and you need to provide a solution. Do research on local issues, policies and laws related to mcmc and etc

smoothie and clear on-line interview . After interview they give me a task, but im submitted 2 minutes late. They never answered me after that. They said i cant use any Google/ ai tools but anyone who can make it on time for sure use a i unless you're super genius
