One of the strangest interviews I had: I was contacted by Careernet. They explained that the requirements were Python and SQL. I asked them for the job description, but they did not have one. I went there, finished the technical round, and asked the interviewer about the job description again; they did not have a proper answer. I was told to wait for feedback. A person then called out my name and said I was not shortlisted. That's it. It's just a waste of time, especially if you're experienced.
