I applied online – Interviewed at Cogzidel Technologies (Madurai) on Feb 2014. I undergone 3 rounds - Round 1 - Written Test. - Round 2 - HR round. - Round 3 - Final round with our Boss. Soon after the round 3, HR team gave a clear discussion on the company terms and policies, salary pattern,working hours etc.,not only to me but to all the candidate at the time of recruitment. With candidate's affirmation to our terms and policies only they proceed further with his/her employment and other things. It was a great and good experience for me as that was my first interview exp.
