1. Started off with a phone call from recruiter reaching out to me via Linkedin. 2. Take-Home Test (took approx. 1 hour to complete) 3. Phone call with technical staff person (1 hour) 4. 2 on-site interviews (1 hour per person) 5. 3 skype-based interview calls (1 hr per person) Entire process took about 6 weeks, with 4 weeks of interviews followed by 2 weeks of consistently following up just to get a standard rejection email. Didn't appreciate waiting 2 weeks with the standard response: "You should have an update by end of week" every week.
